MPI Hockey Academy

Join our premier summer hockey camp hosted at the Maryville University Hockey Center, powered by the Chesterfield Hockey Association.

Guided by seasoned and professional skills coaches, our week-long camp delivers a comprehensive program focused on skill development, tactical strategies, and game fundamentals.

*NEW IN 2024* Each day, participants will immerse themselves in a dynamic array of on-ice drills for a total of 3.5 hours of ice per day, featuring:

• 1 hour of skating and edge work to refine agility and technique,
• 80 minutes of intensive skill development and battle drills, meticulously designed to enhance essential hockey techniques,
• 1 hour of invigorating scrimmage sessions to apply newly acquired skills in game-like scenarios.

Combined with our daily off-ice workouts orchestrated by Jake Hanebrink in our on-site gym, participants will elevate strength, conditioning, and overall athletic performance both on and off the ice.

In addition to our on-ice and off-ice training, we're thrilled to announce that we'll be hosting a weekly ball hockey tournament, where campers can put their skills to the test in a fun and competitive environment. Lunch will be provided daily, included in the cost of the camp.

Camp runs daily from 8am - 4pm. Specific ice times and other activity times will be communicated in the weeks prior to camp.

• June 10 - 14 (8U, 10U, 12U)
• June 17 - 21 (8U, 10U/12U, 14U, Lady Falcons)
• June 24 - 28 (8U, 10U, 12U)
• July 15 - 19 (8U, 10U, 12U, Midget)
• July 22 - 26 (8U and 10U)
• July 29 - Aug. 2 (8U, 10U, 12U, 14U)
• Aug. 5 - 9 (8U and 12U)
• Aug. 12 -16 (10U, 12U, 14U)

NOTE: The Lady Falcons camp originally scheduled for July 8-12 has been rescheduled to June 17 - 21 due to required ice maintenance. Please reach out for more details and information.

Cost: $495 per week (includes daily lunch, 3+ hours of ice time per day)

Our Ice-Only camp will consist of 9 sessions on specified days of the week for each age group throughout the summer, led by our team of MPI Instructors. All ice times throughout the summer will begin at 5:30pm, regardless of age group. 

• 8U ('16/'17 Birthyear): Wednesdays
• 10U ('14/'15 Birthyear): Tuesdays
• 12U ('12/'13 Birthyear): Mondays
• 14U ('10/'11 Birthyear): Thursdays

Camp will be held on the following weeks:

• June 17-21
• June 24-28
• July 15-19
• July 22-26
• July 29-Aug 2
• Aug 5-9
• Aug 12-16

Cost: $350 (includes 9 on-ice sessions)

Join us for our summer skills sessions for 15U, 16U, and 18U players only! Participants will be grouped by skill level and assigned to either a Monday/Wednesday session or a Tuesday/Thursday session led by a rotating MPI instructor. All ice times throughout the summer will begin at 4:20pm.

Calling all rising and existing 14U players! Come learn the essentials of body positioning, angling, and body contact during our two-day checking clinic, hosted by MPI Hockey Academy. Our instructors will educate participants on how to give and receive body contact, and introduce small-area and battle drills that will enhance performance on the ice.

Clinic Dates:

• May 29-30 (5:10pm OR 6:20pm)

NOTE: Due to popularity, there has been a new session of our checking clinic on May 29-30! We have added a session beginning at 6:20pm on both nights. Contact Adam Natzke for more information/questions about switching to the later session.

• July 24-25

Cost: $80 (includes two on-ice sessions per clinic)
